Tomorrow I’m getting on the virtual stage to dive into the latest Gen Z recruitment trends and whether the CV is dead to them.

We're seeing young people look to innovative ways to show their portfolios and what they can bring to the table to stand out in a crazy job market.

Vizzy is one of the best ways I've seen candidates do just that and I'm keen to share how we're utilising it.
