Like it or not Donald Trump is one of the most powerful individuals on the planet.

And he has strong personal views against DE&I.

In large part, I think, because he doesn’t fully understand the concept, why its smart business and just how important it is to current and potential employees.

But his views are impacting the ways in which DE&I is talked about and implemented.

So it’s up to us to evolve to continue finding and attracting talented people, no matter their backgrounds and ensure they’re able to perform at their best.
