Everyone complains about CVs.

Applicants don’t like making them.

Recruiters get too many of them, skim through and guess.

Interviewers barely look at them because they’re going to talk to you anyway.

The CV is fine for showing someone’s experience.

But for early career roles experience is only a small factor.

And when you make a hiring decision you’re choosing to invest in a person.

So instead of (or as well as ) a CV wouldn’t it be good to see who that person is in a format that’s much more easy on the eye?
