Neurodiversity: 46% of Gen Z believes organisations focus more on gender diversity than other areas like neurodiversity.
According to the ACCA 50% of UK finance professionals plan to request a pay rise in the next 12 months, and 49% believe switching organisations is the way to secure it.
And that without strengthening workplace factors like diversity and inclusion, there's a risk of losing half the workforce in the next 12 months.
